Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformation programs across asset-intensive environments in the United States. You will guide executive stakeholders, shape solution roadmaps, and oversee delivery of integrated asset management capabilities.

Collaborate with business and technical leaders to drive SAP-enabled transformations, manage risk and quality, and mentor teams while expanding EY’s advisory and service offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; master's preferred.
• Typically 12–15 years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years SAP Plant Maintenance (PM/EAM) and Asset Management experience.
• S/4HANA Asset Management implementation experience.
• Executive stakeholder management and business development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformation programs from strategy through deployment.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to client executives on maintenance, reliability, and asset management operating models.
• Manage engagement delivery, financial performance, resource planning, quality, and risk across complex programs.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across SAP Asset Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Digital Operations.
• Drive solution design decisions balancing business requirements with leading practices and tech capabilities.
• Build and maintain senior client relationships; identify opportunities to expand EY services.
• Mentor and develop consultants and managers; foster a collaborative, high-performing culture.
