Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Senior Manager to lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformation programs. You will advise executives, shape roadmaps, and oversee delivery across asset-intensive environments to improve reliability and performance.

You will collaborate with business and technical leaders to drive SAP-enabled transformations, manage large-scale programs, and mentor teams, expanding EY services while building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Typically, 12–15 years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM/EAM) and Asset Management experience, including significant experience leading SAP transformation programs and S/4HANA initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Proven experience managing SAP projects or work streams, including oversight of project‑based team members.
• S/4HANA Asset Management implementation experience.
• Experience leading global or multi‑site deployments.
• Executive stakeholder management.
• Business development and pursuit support.
• Experience in conducting technology cost‑benefit analyses.
• Familiarity with technology business architecture frameworks.
• Skills in training design and delivery.
• A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40%–60%.

Responsibilities

• Leading SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformation programs from strategy through deployment.
• Serving as a trusted advisor to client executives, providing thought leadership on maintenance, reliability, service execution, and asset management operating models.
• Managing engagement delivery, financial performance, resource planning, quality, and risk management across complex programs.
• Leading multidisciplinary teams across SAP Asset Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Digital Operations.
• Driving solution design decisions that balance business requirements, leading practices, and technology capabilities.
• Building and maintaining senior client relationships while identifying opportunities to expand EY services.
• Mentoring and developing consultants and managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
• Staying current on emerging SAP Asset Management capabilities, including S/4HANA innovation and intelligent asset management solutions.
