CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Software Engineering to lead Salesforce-centered engineering efforts that scale across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships and Outreach programs. You will combine enterprise CRM with custom software, building scalable APIs and automated workflows.

You will mentor engineers, drive Agile delivery, and partner with Product, Design, Security and Leadership to translate strategy into execution in a CRM- and cloud-first environment.

Qualificações

• 6+ years in software engineering with hands-on development
• 2+ years managing or developing software teams in Agile/cloud-first environments
• Deep technical Salesforce knowledge including Apex, LWC, Flow Orchestration, Sales/Marketing Clouds

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical vision and delivery across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales and Outreach Programs
• Oversee Salesforce core architecture and integration with external systems
• Drive modern software engineering including microservices and APIs
• Architect CC-Sales workflows and omni-channel integrations
• Hire, mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team
• Foster Agile practices and cross-functional collaboration
• Enforce DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing and security/governance
• Evaluate AI/LLM capabilities and next-gen automation
