CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Software Engineering with deep Salesforce expertise to lead a team of Salesforce and software engineers. You will shape the technical strategy for Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC‑Sales, and Outreach programs, driving scalable, integrated, cloud-native solutions and API ecosystems.

You will mentor engineers, foster Agile practices, and collaborate with Product, Security, and Leadership to deliver high-impact CRM and custom software initiatives.

Formación

• 6+ years in software engineering with hands-on development
• 2+ years leading Agile, cloud-first teams
• Deep Salesforce platform knowledge (Apex, LWC, Flow)
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems
• Background in high-volume contact center or marketing tech

Responsabilidades

• Own technical vision across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach
• Oversee Salesforce Core Architecture across Sales/Service/Marketing/Data Clouds
• Lead modern software engineering including microservices and APIs
• Architect CC-Sales workflows and omni-channel integrations
