Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Software Engineering to lead a team of Salesforce and software engineers. You will shape the technical vision and deliver scalable, cloud-native solutions that power Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach programs.

You will drive architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud, build integration pipelines, and foster Agile practices.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years managing or developing software teams in Agile, cloud-first environments.
• Deep Salesforce platform knowledge (Apex, LWC, Flow, Sales/Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
• Background in backend or full-stack development (Java, Node.js, Python, microservices).
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external apps (MuleSoft, Workato) or cloud-native APIs.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the technical vision across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach.
• Oversee Salesforce core architecture and platform scalability.
• Lead development of microservices, APIs, and data integration pipelines.
• Architect high-volume CC-Sales workflows and automation.
• Foster Agile practices and cross-functional collaboration.
