CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Software Engineering to lead Salesforce and broader software initiatives, aligning technical strategy with Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales and Outreach Programs.

You will guide a team of Salesforce and full-stack engineers, drive Agile delivery, and ensure scalable, secure integrations across data pipelines and APIs. This role sits at the intersection of CRM and enterprise software engineering within a healthcare context.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in software engineering with hands-on development
• 2+ years leading or developing engineering teams in Agile, cloud-first environments
• Deep Salesforce proficiency: Apex, LWC, Flow Orchestration, Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud
• Background in full-stack or backend dev: Java, Node.js, Python, microservices, REST/GraphQL
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external apps via MuleSoft/Workato or cloud-native services
• Certifications in Salesforce (System Architect, Application Architect, or CTA) preferred
• Experience delivering tech solutions for high-volume contact center/telesales and outreach platforms

Aufgaben

• Own technical vision and delivery across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach Programs
• Lead architecture and scalability of Salesforce platform (Salesforce Clouds, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud)
• Oversee development of non-CRM software, microservices, event-driven middleware, APIs, and data integration
• Architect high-volume CC-Sales workflows and omni-channel integrations
• Hire, mentor, and retain a high-performing engineering team
• Drive Agile delivery, backlog refinement, sprint execution, and architecture sessions
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Security, Marketing, Sales Ops, and leadership to translate strategy to tech
