Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Software Engineering in the United States to lead Salesforce‑integrated software teams and scale cloud‑native solutions across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC‑Sales, and Outreach Programs.

You will guide engineers, align technical vision with business strategy, drive DevOps, AI automation, and ensure security/compliance with HIPAA and SOC2 in collaboration with cross‑functional partners.

Qualifications

6+ years in software engineering with hands-on development.
2+ years leading or developing engineering teams in Agile/cloud-first envs.
Deep Salesforce knowledge: Apex, LWC, Flow Orchestration, Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud.
Back-end/full-stack background with REST/GraphQL, databases.
Experience integrating Salesforce with external apps (MuleSoft/Workato, cloud APIs).
Domain experience in high-volume Contact Center, Marketing automation, or Outreach.

Responsibilities

Own technical vision and delivery across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach.
Oversee Salesforce architecture and scalable data/CRM integrations.
Lead development of modern microservices, APIs, and data pipelines.
Architect CC-Sales workflows, omni-channel integrations, and automated outreach.
