Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Software Engineering to lead a Salesforce‑centric engineering team, building scalable, cloud‑native solutions that power Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach Programs.

You will mentor Salesforce developers and full‑stack engineers, collaborate with Product, Design, Security and Sales Ops, and drive DevOps, AI integrations, and governance to deliver high‑velocity, compliant software at scale.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software engineering with hands-on coding.
• 2+ years leading or building software teams in Agile environments.
• Deep Salesforce platform knowledge: Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (MuleSoft/Workato).
• Domain experience in Contact Center or Outreach platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Alignment: Own the technical vision across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach Programs.
• Salesforce Core Architecture: Oversee architecture, customization, and scalability of Sales/Service/Marketing Clouds.
• Broad Software Engineering: Lead development of microservices, APIs, data pipelines beyond CRM.
• Sales & Outreach Tech Stack: Architect high-volume CC-Sales workflows and omni-channel integrations.
