Qualifications
- 6+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on development
- 2+ years leading or coaching software teams in Agile, cloud-first environments
- Deep Salesforce technical knowledge (Apex, LWC, Flow, Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud)
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external apps using middleware or cloud-native services
- Direct experience delivering tech solutions for high-volume Contact Center/Outreach platforms
Responsibilities
- Own the technical vision and delivery across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach Programs
- Oversee Salesforce core architecture and scalability for Sales, Service, Marketing, Data and Experience Clouds
- Lead development of modern software solutions beyond CRM, including microservices and API integrations
- Architect high-volume CC-Sales workflows and omni-channel outreach integrations
