Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong hands-on development fundamentals.
• 2+ years managing or developing software engineering teams in Agile, cloud-first environments.
• Salesforce platform proficiency, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow Orchestration, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud.
• Background in full-stack or backend development (e.g., Java, Node.js, Python, microservices, REST/GraphQL).
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external enterprise applications using middleware (MuleSoft, Workato) or cloud-native services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Direct experience delivering tech solutions for high-volume Contact Center/Telesales, Marketing automation, or Partner/Outreach platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical vision and delivery across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach.
• Architect Salesforce platform design and data integration, ensuring scalability and security.
• Lead development of microservices, APIs, and data pipelines beyond CRM boundaries.
• Oversee CC-Sales workflows and omni-channel integrations, with automated outreach components.
