Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an engineering leader with deep Salesforce ecosystem expertise to architect and scale the technical foundation for Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach Programs. You will lead engineers across Salesforce and broader software, drive API integrations, microservices, and automated outreach workflows, while maintaining governance, security, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on development
• 2+ years managing or developing software teams in Agile, cloud-first environments
• Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce platform (Apex, LWC, Flow, Sales/Service/Marketing Clouds)
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external enterprise apps (MuleSoft, Workato) or cloud-native services
• Cloud & modern DevOps: Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, Copado, SFDX)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/SE/IS, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software and Salesforce engineers delivering scalable integrations and cloud-native solutions
• Oversee Salesforce architecture, customization, and scalability across Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds
• Architect high-volume CC-Sales workflows and omni-channel integrations
• Collaborate with Product, Security, and Executives to translate strategy into tech deliverables
• Drive DevOps practices, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines
• Evaluate AI/LLM capabilities and integration into CRM and outreach apps
