CVS Health is seeking an engineering leader with deep Salesforce expertise and a broad software background to build scalable, integrated solutions. You will oversee a team of Salesforce and software engineers, driving API integrations, microservices, and automated outreach workflows across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, and CC-Sales programs.

Lead architecture, ensure security/compliance, and promote DevOps excellence in a cloud-first environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software engineering with strong hands-on development.
• 2+ years managing or developing software teams in Agile, cloud-first environments.
• Deep Salesforce technical knowledge across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications via middleware.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of Salesforce and software engineers to build scalable cloud-native solutions.
• Own architecture design, customization, and scalability of the Salesforce platform.
• Drive API integrations, microservices, and automated outreach workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, Security, Marketing, and Leadership to translate strategy into deliverables.
• Establish DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and governance across environments.
