Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a senior engineering leader with deep Salesforce ecosystem expertise and a broad software engineering background. You will build and scale the technical foundation supporting growth across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach Programs.

You will lead a team delivering scalable, integrated, cloud-native solutions, spanning API integrations, custom microservices, automated workflows, and AI-enabled automation.

Qualifications

• Deep Salesforce platform knowledge including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow Orchestration, Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external enterprise apps using middleware or serverless APIs.
• Proven ability to deliver scalable, cloud-native solutions and drive architectural decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Salesforce and software engineers to deliver integrated CRM and custom solutions.
• Oversee design, customization, and scalability of Salesforce architecture across Cloud/CRM platforms.
• Drive DevOps practices, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management.
• Collaborate with Product, Security, Marketing, Sales Ops, and Executives to translate strategy into deliverables.
• Architect high-volume CC-Sales workflows and omni-channel integrations.
• Foster Agile culture with backlog refinement, sprint execution, and code reviews.
