Job summary

CVS Health seeks an engineering leader with deep Salesforce expertise and a broad software background to scale technical foundations supporting Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach Programs.

You will lead a team delivering scalable integrations, API-driven architectures, and automated workflows, while shaping governance, security, and DevOps practices across the stack.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on development.
• ~2+ years managing or developing software teams in Agile, cloud-first environments.
• Deep Salesforce platform knowledge: Apex, LWC, Flow, Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud.
• Broader engineering: full-stack/backend, microservices, REST/GraphQL, databases.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external apps (MuleSoft/Workato) or cloud-native services.
• Domain exposure in high-volume Contact Center/Telesales, Marketing automation, or Outreach platforms.
• Salesforce Certifications: System Architect, Application Architect, or CTA track.
• DevOps/Modern tooling: Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Copado, SFDX).
• AI capabilities: operationalizing AI/workflows within CRM and outreach apps.

Responsibilities

• Hire, mentor, and retain a high-performing engineering team.
• Lead Agile/Scrum practices: backlog refinement, sprint execution, code reviews.
• Oversee Salesforce architecture, customization, and data integration.
• Develop scalable, cloud-native solutions and microservices beyond CRM.
• Architect CC-Sales workflows and omni-channel integrations.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Security, Marketing, Sales Ops, and Exec Leadership.
