Responsibilities

• Strategic alignment: own technical vision and delivery across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach.
• Salesforce core architecture: design and scale Salesforce platforms (Sales/Service/Marketing/Data/Experience Cloud).
• Broader software engineering: build microservices, API integrations, data pipelines, and event-driven systems.
• Lead CC-Sales workflows and omni-channel outreach tech, including automation and partner portals.
