Buyers Edge Platform seeks a Senior Manager, Sales Intelligence, to lead the Sales Intelligence function within Business Intelligence. You will connect sales performance and compensation to revenue, partnering with Sales Leadership, Finance, Compensation Operations, Total Rewards, and Sales Operations to deliver insights and ROI.

You will set analytics direction, coach analysts, and drive optimal reporting, dashboards, and data-driven decisions across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in data-related field.
6+ years in sales analytics, sales ops, BI, or related.
2+ years leading or managing analysts.
Advanced SQL or Python; proficient in Salesforce; experience with CRMA and Tableau.
Excel expertise; strong PowerPoint skills.

Aufgaben

Lead, coach, and develop Sales Intelligence analysts and translate findings into actions.
Oversee workload, project pipeline, and resource allocation for timely dashboards and reports.
Set analytics standards and best practices for quality and consistency.
Identify automation opportunities and scalable reporting improvements.
Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and development plans.
Own reporting connecting activity, compensation, and revenue to SROI.
Support annual goal setting and compensation planning with leadership.
