Learfield is seeking a Senior Sales Analyst to turn sales and revenue data into actionable insights that inform business decisions. The role supports sales performance, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and strategic analysis while identifying opportunities to grow revenue and improve productivity.

This highly collaborative position works with sales leaders and cross-functional partners, translating complex data into clear insights for senior leadership and enabling data-driven decision making

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in sales analytics, BI or revenue analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills with proficiency in data modeling.
• Experience with Tableau for dashboards and insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and leadership to translate questions into actionable analysis.
• Support revenue planning, forecasting and budgeting.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau and Excel.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve data quality.
• Present findings to senior leaders in clear, concise terms.
• Collaborate across teams to drive data-driven decisions.
