Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a senior data/analytics leader to drive Data 360 analytics and product insights. You will influence cross-functional partners, define metrics, and guide a team of analysts, data engineers, and visualization experts to deliver data products and dashboards.

You’ll work directly with senior executives, shape the analytics roadmap, and drive adoption of data-driven decisions across the organization. This role operates in a global context with a strong bias toward impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data science or analytics with impact through modeling or analytics.
• MBA or Master’s in Technology (CS, CE, econ, applied math, stats, engineering, or quantitative field).
• Proven experience with senior executive leadership and enterprise-scale predictive modeling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives and technologists.
• Experience thinking creatively to solve problems.
• Proficient in statistics or machine learning and data manipulation.
• Adept in Python or R and the PyData stack.
• Mastery of SQL for complex data extraction and feature engineering.
• Strategic problem solver with bias toward action and impact.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance workflow.
• Willing to work across a global team and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Serve as thought leader and trusted advisor to T&P leaders and cross-functional decision makers for Data 360.
• Collaborate with analysts, data engineers, and visualization engineers on business problems and results.
• Develop cross-functional relationships and coordinate with teams to align on priorities.
• Inform product roadmap development and release data products and dashboards for Data 360.
• Guide the team’s roadmap, prioritize impactful work, and solve complex problems.
• Develop metrics and product insights to grow Data 360 adoption and usage.
