Job summary

Page Executive is seeking a seasoned Data Architect to own the data foundation for sales compensation across the division. You will design governance, ETL, and a trusted source of truth, partnering with Sales leadership and BI to deliver validated inputs and real-time insights.

You will lead a team of data and compensation analysts, translate complex contracts into reusable data models, and ensure audit-ready data across systems. This role requires strong SQL, scripting, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales compensation, data architecture, data governance, or financial systems, including 2+ years in a people leadership role managing analytical teams.
• Hands-on experience in large-scale database design, schema development, ETL pipeline management, advanced SQL querying, database automation, and query performance optimization across complex, high-volume datasets.
• Proficiency in scripting or automation tools - Python/Pandas, VBA, or Alteryx - to design and automate large-scale reconciliation pipelines and standardized adjustment workflows.
• Proven experience establishing SOX-compliant data governance frameworks, including automated audit trails, validation models, and standardized adjustment protocols.
• Experience building and configuring real-time Power BI reports and dashboards, and presenting data-quality metrics to Director-level and above stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Architect and govern a centralized, SOX-compliant data platform serving as the single source of truth for all commission calculations and sales performance reporting.
• Serve as the first point of contact for sales leadership on data-related matters, proactively detecting and resolving anomalies before they impact calculations, while designing automated reconciliation and standardized adjustment processes.
• Lead and develop a team of data and compensation analysts; set goals, allocate resources, and build a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Translate complex commercial contracts into structured, reusable data frameworks that integrate into operational and reporting workflows.
• Partner with Business Intelligence and Systems Analytics to shape Data Warehouse architecture and ETL workflows for validated inputs.
• Communicate and present real-time sales performance analytics and data-quality metrics to senior leadership, translating data architecture for non-technical stakeholders.
