Job summary

Mercer Advisors is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Finance organization and support the BI team in building analytics tools, dashboards, and data sources that illuminate Sales, Marketing, and Client Service performance.

You will work closely with the Director of Business Intelligence to translate data insights into strategic action, develop ETL processes, and deliver reliable reporting. Expertise in Power BI, SQL, Python, and Excel is required.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of data analytics, statistics, and/or reporting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from a selective, accredited institution.
• Analytic coursework in economics, mathematics, or physical sciences.
• Results-oriented with ability to thrive in a fast-paced team.
• Exceptional and persuasive communicator interfacing with executive management.
• Flexibility in a rapidly changing business and tech environment.
• Power BI expertise and data visualization proficiency.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Marketing Analytics and Reporting – develop dashboards and data sources to assist firm leaders in sourcing and converting new business leads, measure sales performance, and drive decisions.
• Client Service Operational Performance – collaborate with leadership to improve productivity and exceed client expectations.
• Automation – implement automation to identify delivery challenges and enhance client satisfaction.
• Data Integration – build and maintain data pipelines to load data into the data warehouse.
