Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Enablement BH to lead high-priority enablement initiatives across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and leadership, driving scalable programs and cross-functional alignment.

You will partner to strengthen mid-funnel progression, improve content, and readiness while leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency and impact. This role supports remote opportunities across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, education, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Seven or more years of relevant enablement, sales support, customer success, marketing, or related go-to-market function.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication with polished materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of enablement programs, tools, messaging, and readiness resources.
• Partner cross-functionally to support growth initiatives and marquee client engagement.
• Coordinate mid-funnel programs and campaigns to strengthen progression and momentum.
• Create and maintain materials that support internal readiness and external engagement.
