Job summary

Rethink First is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Enablement BH to lead high-priority enablement initiatives across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and leadership. You will develop scalable programs, playbooks, and readiness resources to strengthen pipeline progression and team readiness.

Remote role with US-based candidates. You will partner with cross-functional teams, leverage AI-powered tools to improve efficiency, and measure program impact to drive measurable outcomes for behavioral

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of enablement, sales support, or related go-to-market experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with AI-powered tools to improve enablement programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of enablement programs, tools, messaging, and readiness resources for Sales and Customer Success.
• Create, refine, and maintain materials supporting internal readiness and external engagement.
• Establish structure, accountability, and follow-through across cross-functional projects.
• Monitor initiative performance and recommend actions to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Leverage HighSpot to organize sales content, build playbooks, and measure enablement impact.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency and quality of enablement programs.
