Job summary
Restaurant365 is seeking a Senior Manager of Project Management to lead a high-performing team delivering complex SaaS onboarding for mid-market and enterprise clients. You will drive governance, schedule adherence, and quality while ensuring consistent customer outcomes across a portfolio of implementations.
The role requires 8+ years in project delivery, 3+ years of people leadership, and strong collaboration with Product, Sales, and CS teams.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management or delivery experience leading SaaS initiatives.
- 3+ years of people leadership coaching and scaling teams.
- Experience managing enterprise SaaS implementations across multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to establish governance and scalable delivery frameworks.
- Strong data-driven decision making and KPI tracking.
- AI fluency with repeatable workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of PMs and Implementation Specialists.
- Oversee on-time delivery and quality across a portfolio of SaaS projects.
- Allocate resources and optimize utilization while balancing capacity.
- Standardize delivery methodologies and governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align project strategies.
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
- Escalate and resolve complex risks with stakeholders.
- Support sales with RFPs, scoping, and services.
- Travel up to 15%.
