Job summary

Restaurant365 is a leading SaaS provider for restaurants, delivering cloud-based accounting and back-office solutions. The Senior Manager of Project Management leads a team of Project Managers and Implementation Specialists to ensure high-quality, on-time onboarding for mid-market and enterprise clients.

You will drive delivery rigor, governance, and scalable processes while collaborating with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to optimize outcomes and customer value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management or delivery experience in SaaS, consulting, or professional services environments.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience overseeing Project Managers or Delivery Leads.
• Extensive experience managing enterprise SaaS implementations with cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Project Managers and Implementation Specialists.
• Oversee on-time delivery, scope adherence, and quality across a portfolio of SaaS implementations.
• Manage resource allocation, portfolio visibility, and escalation frameworks for scalable delivery.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders (Sales, Product, Customer Success) to align delivery strategy.
• Analyze KPIs (TTFV, CSAT, utilization) to drive continuous improvement.
