• 8+ years of project management or delivery experience in SaaS, consulting, or professional services.
• 3+ years of people leadership with coaching and scaling teams.
• Extensive enterprise SaaS implementations with cross-functional coordination.
• Delivery governance frameworks ensuring consistency and scalability.
• Strong organizational skills to manage resources across priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Project Managers and Implementation Specialists.
• Oversee project performance across a portfolio, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.
• Manage resource allocation, assignments, and utilization for efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to standardized delivery methodologies and governance.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Solutions Architects, Product, and cross-functional partners.
• Monitor KPIs (TTFV, CSAT, utilization, throughput) and drive improvements.
• Act as escalation point for complex risks and customer concerns.
• Partner with Sales on RFPs, scoping, and services design.
