Job summary

Restaurant365, a SaaS leader serving the restaurant industry, seeks a Senior Implementation Specialist to lead enterprise-scale onboarding projects and guide customers from discovery through go-live.

The role collaborates with PM, Solutions Architecture, Product, and Customer Success, mentoring others while ensuring high adoption and success across multi-location clients. This hybrid role requires strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SaaS onboarding or implementation with a track record of successful go-lives.
• Experience leading complex, high-touch enterprise deployments with strong PM skills.
• Deep knowledge of Restaurant365 product lines: Accounting, Operations, ExpandShare, and HIRE.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to train and guide diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and data-informed decision making.
• Mentor and coach junior staff; collaborate across PM, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, enterprise-scale implementations from discovery to adoption, on-time and on-budget.
• Conduct advanced discovery sessions to understand multi-location workflows and tailor configurations.
• Deliver expert-level training (virtual or onsite) for executives to frontline staff.
• Advise on complex use cases, integrations, and best practices to maximize platform value.
• Mentor and coach junior Specialists, contributing to internal training and playbooks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Project Management, Solutions Architecture, Product, and Support to resolve issues and ensure delivery excellence.
• Identify process gaps and pilot new delivery approaches for continuous improvement.
• Proactively manage risk and adoption blockers to keep projects on track.
• Other duties as assigned.
