Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management or delivery experience in SaaS or professional services.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience, coaching and scaling teams.
• Extensive enterprise SaaS implementations with cross-functional coordination.
• Delivery governance frameworks to ensure consistency and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of PMs and Implementation Specialists.
• Oversee on-time delivery across a portfolio of SaaS projects.
• Manage resource allocation and project assignments.
