Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategic client-facing sales, account management, or business development
• 4+ years in Retail Media, AdTech, or MarTech
• 8+ years analyzing data and leveraging analytics to drive sales strategies

• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with prospective advertisers
• Identify, target, and initiate relationships with top brand and agency partners
• Navigate brand structures to uncover non-traditional revenue streams and expand partnerships
• Define and execute the Retail Media growth roadmap with leadership and cross-functional teams
