Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategic client-facing sales, account management, or business development
• 4+ years in Retail Media, AdTech, or MarTech
• 8+ years analyzing data to drive sales strategies and campaign performance

Responsibilities

• Pipeline & Revenue Growth: Build a robust sales pipeline and drive revenue growth with advertisers and stakeholders
• Prospecting & Network Expansion: Leverage industry connections to identify and initiate relationships with top brand and agency partners
• Relationship & Stream Expansion: Explore non-traditional revenue streams within brand orgs to expand partnerships
• Strategic Strategy & Alignment: Define and execute the Retail Media growth roadmap with cross-functional teams
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product, Business Ops, and Marketing to deliver pitch materials and campaigns
• Executive Pitching & Proposals: Create compelling value propositions for executive audiences
• Technical Integration & Tools: Use analytics platforms, API integrations, and media tools for data-informed solutions
• Industry Engagement: Represent Capital One Ad Solutions at client visits and events
