Job summary

Qualifications

8+ years in strategic client-facing sales, account management, or BD.
4+ years in Retail Media, AdTech, or Marketing Technology.
8+ years analyzing data to drive sales strategies and campaign performance.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline targeting brand and agency partners.
Identify and initiate relationships with top brand advertisers.
Expand partnerships across non-traditional revenue streams (shopper/trade marketing, brand, e-commerce, performance media).
Define and execute the Retail Media growth roadmap with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with Product, Business Operations, and Marketing to deliver pitch materials and ensure seamless delivery.
Craft and deliver executive-level proposals and presentations with clear ROI.
Utilize analytics platforms, API integrations, and proprietary tools to inform campaign strategies.
Represent Capital One Ad Solutions at client visits and industry events.
