Parexel is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Commercial Operations and Enablement, to drive operational excellence and enablement across global Inside Sales and commercial teams. This remote role focuses on designing and executing processes, campaigns, and enablement programs that accelerate growth and client value.

You will partner with cross‑functional teams to optimize CRM governance, enablement content, and campaign execution, while delivering onboarding and ongoing training for Inside Sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in sales operations, commercial enablement, or business development within CRO, life sciences, or related professional services.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, including pipeline management, reporting, and administration.
• Experience with Highspot and sales enablement platforms.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zymewire, Citeline, and Pitchbook.
• Proficiency in MS Office/365 including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Responsabilités

• Design and govern sales operations processes and CRM (Salesforce) for the global Inside Sales organization.
• Develop a global sales enablement strategy for Inside Sales and MBD teams.
• Lead the development and execution of MBD Inside Sales outreach campaigns using intelligence platforms.
• Coordinate with Marketing to align support with events and conferences.
• Analyze sales performance with Power BI and Tableau to support leadership decisions.
• Serve as a primary contact for commercial operations and enablement needs with senior stakeholders.
• Design onboarding and ongoing training for Inside Sales and MBD teams.
• Manage enablement platforms like Highspot and Gong Engage.
