Job summary

Parexel is hiring a Senior Manager, Global Commercial Operations and Enablement, to drive operational excellence for global Inside Sales and commercial teams in a remote capacity.

You will design processes, enablement programs, and campaigns to accelerate growth, partnering with Marketing and cross-functional teams. This role focuses on data-driven decisions, platform optimization, and stakeholder collaboration across a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and implementing sales operations processes and enablement programs.
• Proven ability to lead campaigns and enablement initiatives for biotech/pharma clients.
• Strong Salesforce proficiency including pipeline management, reporting, and governance.
• Experience with enabling platforms such as Highspot and sales engagement tools.
• Familiarity with commercial intelligence platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zymewire, Citeline, Pitchbook).
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global, matrixed environment.
• Knowledge of CRO industry and clinical development services landscape.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and improve sales operations processes and CRM governance across global Inside Sales.
• Develop and execute a global sales enablement strategy for Inside Sales and MBD teams.
• Lead MBD Inside Sales outreach campaigns using intelligence platforms.
• Partner with Marketing to align events and convert participation into meetings and pipeline.
• Analyze sales data with Power BI and Tableau for leadership insights.
• Serve as a primary contact for commercial operations and enablement needs.
• Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training for Inside Sales and MBD members.
• Manage enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot) and sales engagement tools (e.g., Gong Engage).
