Parexel in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Commercial Operations and Enablement to lead operational excellence across global Inside Sales and commercial teams in a remote role.

You will design and optimize sales processes, governance (Salesforce), enablement programs, and analytics using Power BI and Tableau, partnering with marketing and leadership to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, Communications or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize sales operations processes and CRM governance (Salesforce) global integration.
• Develop and execute a global sales enablement strategy for Inside Sales and MBD teams.
• Lead Inside Sales outreach campaigns and coordinate marketing alignment for events.
• Analyze sales performance data using Power BI and Tableau for leadership decisions.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for commercial operations needs across leadership.
• Create onboarding and ongoing training programs for Inside Sales and MBD.
• Manage enablement platforms like Highspot and sales engagement tools.
