Okta is seeking a Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering, SLED to lead the SE team serving State, Local and Higher Education accounts across the US. You’ll drive demonstrations, value-based selling, and on-site deal support while shaping strategy with Sales leadership.

You will recruit and mentor engineers, align with MEDDPICC principles, and ensure the team delivers measurable business outcomes for critical public sector customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Experience selling to US Public Sector (SLED preferred) or FED.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC and Value/Outcome selling methodologies.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities in a field team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of Solution Engineers across the US.
• Report on business impact of the team during customer engagements.
• Contribute to on-site deal support and strategic demonstrations.
• Collaborate with Sales and other Pre-Sales teams to drive opportunities.
• Recruit, ramp, and mentor new Solutions Engineers.
