Okta is seeking a Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering for SLED to lead a field team across the US. You will drive strategy with Sales and partner on demonstrations, deep dives, trials and value-based deals, while modeling a fast, customer-focused pre-sales motion.

Reporting to the Director of Solutions Engineering for Public Sector Accounts, you will mentor engineers, recruit talent, and help shape Okta’s approach to state, local and higher education customers with an emphasis on MEDDPICC and

Qualificações

• 12+ years Pre Sales experience with 4+ years of managerial/leadership experience
• Vision for Okta's market opportunities and customer outcomes
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science or mathematics or equivalent

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Solution Engineers and focus on professional growth through development plans
• Own and report on business impact while working with prospects evaluating the Okta identity platform
• Actively participate on-site deal support and collaborate with Pre-Sales and sales teams
• Promote a team-within-a-team culture by collaborating with broader pre-sales groups
• Recruit, ramp, and mentor a diverse team of Solutions Engineers
