You will recruit and mentor engineers, shape development plans, and report on team impact while guiding opportunities from qualification to closing. This role emphasizes leadership and strategic execution.

Qualifications

• 12+ years Pre Sales experience with 4+ years of managerial/leadership experience.
• Experience selling to US Public Sector (SLED preferred, or FED).
• Proponent of MEDDPICC and Value/Outcome based selling methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Solution Engineers and drive their professional growth.
• Own business impact reporting as they engage with prospects evaluating Okta's identity platform.
• Actively participate in deals, proposing strategies to secure opportunities.
• Collaborate with the broader Pre Sales teams and business units at Okta.
• Recruit, ramp, and mentor a diverse Solutions Engineering team.
