Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager of Product & Pricing Operations to lead a team of analysts delivering approval rule configurations for global enterprise segments, including Legal, Revenue Recognition, and Deal Desk.

You will shape design strategy, allocate capacity, and ensure SOX-compliant architecture that scales with business needs. You will drive end-to-end SDLC for configurations, oversee deployment and QA, and partner with senior leaders to align priorities and solution

Qualifications

3+ years directly managing or developing teams in technical operations or business systems, with 7+ years overall operational experience.
3+ years managing enterprise software configuration delivery pipelines, including architectural review, intake prioritization, UAT frameworks, change control, release management, and ongoing production support.
Direct experience with SOX compliance frameworks, audit controls, and risk-mitigation in team workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of configuration specialists and manage capacity with a high-performance culture.
Oversee end-to-end SDLC for approval rule configurations with deployment frameworks, QA standards, and release controls.
Partner with business and IT leadership to align priorities and solution architectures across organizations.
Own SOX compliance framework across approval rule systems and coordinate with auditors.
Establish and track team performance metrics to scale throughput as volume grows.
