Qualifications

• 3+ years leading or developing technical operations teams with 7+ years in operations.
• 3+ years managing enterprise software configuration delivery pipelines (architectural review, intake, UAT, change control, release).
• Direct SOX/compliance experience with audit controls and risk mitigation.
• Experience defining team KPIs and executive-level performance reports.
• Ability to align priorities across Revenue Recognition, Finance and IT.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of configuration specialists and manage capacity with a high-performance culture.
• Oversee end-to-end SDLC for approval rule configurations and enforce QA standards.
• Lead projects from inception to delivery with IT and business partners.
• Own SOX controls and work with auditors on risk mitigation and change management.
• Set and track team metrics to scale throughput and ensure quality.
