• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transform the NPI process and underlying systems to speed time-to-market.
• Lead scalable launch readiness and governance across functions.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering on licensing/entitlements.
• Define, monitor, and optimize key product operations metrics.
• Build and mentor a high-performing product and pricing ops team.
• Drive change management, training, and cross-functional adoption.
