Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Director, Product & Pricing Operations in San Francisco to lead integration strategies for acquired businesses and transform our product launch processes company-wide. You will translate complex strategies into repeatable, scalable systems, reporting to the VP of Product and Pricing Operations within COFO.

You will drive governance, analytics, and organizational change to deliver faster launches, pricing accuracy, and improved seller experiences across global teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
10+ years leading Product/Operations or Pricing in enterprise SaaS or cloud software environments.
Proven track record transforming NPI processes and Q2C operations.

Responsibilities

Transform NPI processes and underlying systems for faster time-to-market.
Lead scalable, long-term operations post-launch transformations.
Partner with Product Management and Engineering on licensing and entitlements delivery.
Establish governance and cross-functional launch readiness across orgs.
Define and monitor key product operations metrics to drive impact.
Build and mentor a high-performing product and pricing operations team.
