Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in field sales leadership or related market-facing roles.
- Experience in product strategy and sales enablement.
- Strong understanding of payor-focused healthcare products and related commercial market segments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to engage clients and brokers.
Responsibilities
- Own sales performance for assigned products including new logo sales and upsell.
- Partner with regional sales and account teams to identify target accounts and growth plans.
- Deliver sales training and product education sessions to sales teams and brokers.
- Translate complex product features into client-relevant benefits.
- Provide insights to product management to refine positioning, pricing, and packaging.
- Track KPIs: sales growth, conversion, revenue, and adoption.
