Qualifications

• Experience partnering with sales and product leaders in matrix environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client and broker discussions.
• Ability to translate product direction into sales messaging and execution.
• Strong prioritization and follow-through in high-visibility work.

Responsibilities

• Own sales for assigned products including new logos and upsell.
• Partner with regional sales to identify targets and growth plans.
• Support pipeline development and deal advancement with clients/brokers.
• Equip teams with value propositions, positioning, and messaging.
• Deliver sales training and product education sessions.
• Translate complex features into client-relevant benefits.
• Provide market insights to refine pricing and packaging.
• Track KPI: sales, conversion, revenue, and penetration.
• Contribute to business cases and product roadmap input.
