Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Senior Manager, Product Execution to drive growth of individual products across regional markets. This role bridges product strategy and field execution, ensuring offerings are positioned, understood, and adopted by clients, brokers, and distribution channels.

The position may be remote or hybrid and targets the Central and Northeast regions. You will lead sales enablement, market insights, and growth initiatives to improve penetration and revenue.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in field sales leadership or related market-facing roles.
• Experience supporting revenue growth through product positioning and sales strategy.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to influence in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Own sales performance for assigned products, including new logo sales and buy-up within existing customers.
• Partner with regional sales and account teams to identify target accounts and develop product-specific growth plans.
• Support pipeline development and deal advancement, including participation in client and broker discussions.
• Translate complex product features into client-relevant benefits and deliver sales training and market-facing presentations.
