• 7+ years of experience in field sales leadership, product strategy, commercial product roles, sales enablement, business development, account growth, or related market-facing roles.
• Experience supporting revenue growth through product positioning, sales strategy, market execution, or expansion within existing accounts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including confidence supporting external client and broker discussions.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of new and buy-up sales for assigned products across regions.
• Partner with regional sales and account teams to develop product-specific growth plans and strategies.
