Qualifications

• 7+ years in field sales leadership, product strategy, or related roles.
• Experience driving revenue growth through product positioning and sales strategy.
• Strong understanding of payor-focused healthcare products and markets.
• Proven collaboration with sales teams and product leaders in matrix environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth for assigned products, including new logos and upsell.
• Partner with regional sales and account teams to identify targets and growth plans.
• Equip sales teams with value propositions, messaging, and materials.
• Provide training, product education and market-facing presentations.
• Translate complex product features into client benefits.
