Job summary

Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in field sales leadership or related roles.
- Experience supporting revenue growth through product positioning and market execution.
- Strong communication and ability to translate product direction into sales execution.
Responsibilities
- Own sales performance for assigned products including new logo sales and upsell.
- Partner with regional sales and account teams to develop product-specific sales strategies and growth plans.
- Support pipeline development and deal advancement, including participation in client and broker discussions.
- Equip sales teams, brokers, and consultants with clear value propositions and messaging.
- Deliver sales training and product education sessions; translate features into client benefits.
