CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Manager, Product Execution to drive growth of our product portfolio across regional markets. You will bridge product strategy and field execution, ensuring offerings are positioned, understood, and adopted.

You will collaborate with sales, brokers and clients to deliver training, messaging, and market insights, translating complex product features into client value and shaping pricing, packaging and expansion strategies.

Qualifications

Requires strong communication skills for client and broker discussions.
Experience translating product direction into commercial messaging.
Ability to drive revenue growth through product positioning and market execution.
Proven track record in sales enablement and account growth.

Responsibilities

Own sales performance for assigned products, including new logo sales and upsell within existing customers.
Partner with regional sales and account teams to identify target accounts and develop growth plans.
Support pipeline development and deal advancement through client and broker discussions.
Equip sales teams with clear value propositions, competitive positioning and client-ready messaging.
