Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or regulated industry.
• 5+ years process management and continuous improvement experience.
• Strong project management skills and ability to drive progress.
• Experience with metrics to drive risk-based decisions and insights.
• Knowledge of GxP; strong stakeholder management in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Own process health for Oncology Early Development Operations and drive improvements.
• Define metrics/KPIs and coordinate governance with leaders and function heads.
• Lead cross-functional teams to update SOPs, requirements, and training materials.
• Monitor performance metrics to demonstrate process effectiveness and compliance.
• Partner with process owners to sustain improvements post-implementation.
