Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or applicable work experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Possesses strong project management, verbal, written and professional skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operational activities and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Coordinate workflows, processes, and administrative activities.
• Track, compile, and maintain operational data, reports, and records.
• Identify and escape issues, gaps, or delays affecting operational performance.
• Partner with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to support business needs.
• Assist with process improvements to increase efficiency and consistency.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, standards, and applicable regulations.
• Support meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-up actions.
• Help monitor metrics and provide updates to leadership as needed.
• Contribute to initiatives that improve productivity, quality, and customer service.
