Job summary

AbbVie in Florham Park, NJ seeks a Senior Manager Process Excellence Lead to optimize Oncology Early Development processes, including clinical operations, data management, and medical monitoring. You will define process improvements, ensure documentation, training, and system implementation while partnering with cross-functional teams.

You will lead governance of operating models, monitor KPIs, drive transformational change, and ensure sustainable improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or regulated industry.
5+ years process management and continuous improvement experience preferred.
Experience with metrics to drive risk-based decisions and insights.
Strong leadership and change management in a complex matrix organization.

Responsibilities

Own process health for Oncology Early Development; oversee performance and maintenance.
Define KPIs, forecast plans, and monitor compliance across processes.
Lead cross-functional teams to implement process updates and SOPs.
Govern OED operating models and knowledge resources; interpret standards.
Analyze performance metrics, drive improvements, and ensure sustainability.
Communicate updates to leadership and manage stakeholder relationships.
